Nononono, just the hair changes. One miracle at a time. Like heres an idea:
You can change you're hairstyle and dye it but you can't change it for another whole month. (Because hair grows on every month, yes?) And takes like 50g or 5k or 500k or whatever. Please Anet read this thread, it'll make a lot of people happy.

Hair style changes, yes, /signed.
Face changes, as some have suggested? That's rather dumb. I can't go down to the face store and get a new face, but I can certainly get a haircut whenever I want. Besides that, plastic surgery just doesn't fit in with the whole Guild Wars theme. Your character is born with a certain face, so they are stuck with it. Hair is easy to change in reality, and should be so in game as well.

For the face, maybe a Stylist but I admit this idea isn't really easy to put in the game. However, an option to change the hair and the hair colour would be so great, because characters created in prophecy campaign, especially female monks have so crap hairs ...
So double /signed ^^

Yes having a plastic surgery is bad. Just the hair changes.

I would like to have a hair stylist. I would also like to be able to grow a beard. My poor Tyrian born warrior has been wandering around bald for almost a year and a half because I hated the male warrior hair styles. Now NF comes out and it has a lot of great styles, including beards, which my warrior would look great with.

Good idea. I have characters which are over 1 years old and I'm tired to see them with the same old hair and beard styles. New hair and perhaps beard styles should be available and it should be possible to change them for a fee of course.

/signed, but I think it should cost a fair chunk of money, maybe 10k. I'm not completely opposed to a 'transmorgafier' for a complete physical redux, but it would have to be reall expensive like 100k and could only be done once a year...maybe

I already suggested this idea before:

Plenty of ideas and suggestions have already been covered before hand in that thread.
Did you check the forum sticky?

I'm inclined to agree with Elisa: I don't really want a hair changer in game. I think it would cause more trouble long-term than it would solve short-term, and it's just not very true to the world.
